Who operates this service
Design Peach is a subscription-design service operated by Vager Media. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to benjamin@designpeach.co.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit through forms, checkout, onboarding, and project requests, such as your name, work email, company, website, project materials, feedback, and communications. Stripe processes payment details; Design Peach does not store full card numbers.
How information is used
- Respond to applications and provide the service.
- Manage billing, access, support, and account security.
- Measure site and campaign performance.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers used to operate the service, including Netlify for site hosting and forms, Stripe for billing, Asana for project management, Figma for design collaboration, Cal.com for scheduling, Google Calendar for availability and booked-event syncing, and Meta when advertising measurement is enabled. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Advertising and analytics
If enabled, Meta technologies may receive browser, device, page, campaign, and conversion data to measure ads only after the visitor accepts optional Meta analytics. A decline or missing choice suppresses both the browser Pixel and the server conversion event. Visitors can also use browser controls and platform privacy settings to limit tracking where available.
Website measurement
With your analytics choice accepted, we measure page visits, referral domains, campaign labels, device categories, country, active page-viewing time, scroll depth, and selected actions such as confirmed bookings and checkout starts. Measurement is hosted by Netlify for Vager Media. We use a random browser identifier that expires after 90 days and a session identifier that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not send form contents, email addresses, passwords, payment details, full query strings, or raw IP addresses to the analytics store. Analytics records are removed after 90 days. Choose “Analytics settings” to change your choice. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control suppress this website measurement.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing the address above. Some records may need to be retained for billing, dispute, security, or legal purposes. Applicable rights depend on your location.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will identify the current version.
