Most design work is created and reviewed in Figma. Asana manages your request queue, priorities, files, and feedback. Specialized production tools may be used when a request calls for them.

Yes. Marketing website design, landing page design, product interfaces, and design systems are included. The standard delivery is the approved design and source file. Front-end implementation, custom backend development, application engineering, hosting, and third-party software require a separate agreement.

Add a request to your private Asana queue with the goal, copy, dimensions, references, assets, access, and approver. You can attach files or link to Google Docs, Figma files, and Loom walkthroughs when that is easier.

Send specific feedback in Asana and we will keep revising the active request. Revisions are unlimited while your membership is active and remain part of the one request currently in progress.

The standard membership does not include copywriting, strategy, media buying, video, motion, 3D, custom backend development, emergency work, printing, or third-party costs unless agreed separately. Ask on the fit call if your request sits near the edge of the scope.

That is fine. Use the membership for the request and its revisions, then cancel before the next renewal if you no longer need ongoing design support.

Payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. You can stop future renewals by requesting a pause or cancellation before your next billing date, and your current paid month remains available through its end date.

Approved final custom work and its deliverable source files are intended to transfer after payment, subject to the service terms and any third-party license restrictions.
